We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage installer WhatsApp group communication and engagement
• Share company updates, campaigns, and policy information
• Regional follow ups on installers uploads
• Follow up on rebate participation and installer activities
• Support installer app registration and activation remotely
• Coordinate installer-related content and branding activities with marketing
• Maintain installer records and operational reports for different regions
• Escalate technical and operational issues when necessary
• Support installer onboarding, meetings, and training activities

Qualification

• Preferred qualifications: HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in operations, customer support, or solar industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
