We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training and Vetting Officer

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plans, convene and deliver security training courses designed with the overall intention for improving the competence and quality of security operatives.
• Keep up to date with developmenttraining methodology and security issues.
• Contribute to the planning and reviewing of the course taught.
• Work with Head Human Resource & Training to ensure consistency in use of materials and training practice.
• Liaise and offer support where appropriate to other department through training.
• Any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the Line Manager or organization
• Recruit Guards for clients with man guard needs
• Screen resourced / recruited candidates for training.
• Administer the company employment form and guide candidates to fill them properly.
• Ensure proper update of staff records.
• Overseeing employee orientation and training.
• Liaising between employees and management.
• Managing employee/client complaints.
• Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
• Arranging employee physical examinations.
• Collaborate with other departments for voucher payments etc
• Any other tasks assigned.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
