Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is a mining company engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of lithium. With a strong presence across the country, the company operates branches in Lagos, Abuja, and Nasarawa.

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Endo, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are currently recruiting a qualified and experienced Female HR Officer to join our team at our factory in Nasarawa State.
• We are seeking a smart, organized, and hardworking individual with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage staff records and HR documentation
• Prepare and manage staff payroll accurately
• Maintain attendance records and staff database
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Prepare HR reports using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies
• Carry out other administrative and HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be female
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is compulsory
• Must have experience handling payroll
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Previous HR experience will be an added advantage
• Must be willing to work in a factory environment in Nasarawa State.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
