Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Summary

• We are currently looking to hire a smart, well-presented, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our client's menswear fashion retail team.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, customer experience, and sales, while also possessing basic tailoring knowledge and social media skills to support daily store operations and brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with styling, fittings, sizing, and product recommendations.
• Drive in-store sales and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and overall store appearance.
• Take customer measurements where necessary and provide basic fitting guidance.
• Support minor clothing adjustments and communicate tailoring requirements appropriately.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and product arrangement.
• Create basic social media content for the brand’s platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Respond to customer inquiries online where required.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification or equivalent.
• Previous retail or fashion sales experience is an added advantage.
• Basic tailoring skills and understanding of garment fitting/alterations.
• Basic social media and content creation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Smart appearance and good sense of style.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be organized, proactive, and sales-driven.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
