Job Description

• A Retention Office r/ Salesperson minimizes customer churn and drives revenue by building loyalty, resolving issues, and negotiating contract renewals.
• They analyze customer behavior to identify at-risk clients, offering tailored solutions, discounts, or specialized services to secure long-term partnerships and in case customer lifetime value.

Salary Range
N100,000 to 120,000 per month.
