Mission / Purpose of the Job
- This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving the Educational Supplies (ES) sales strategy to expand the company’s customer base and generate sustainable revenue growth.
- The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and effective coordination of internal resources to deliver high-quality educational supply solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Support the development and execution of the ES business and sales strategy
- Drive execution, monitoring, and reporting of sales performance within assigned regions
- Ensure alignment with management directives and communicate strategic goals to the team
- Manage and optimize ES unit resources for effective utilization and operational efficiency
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Monitor customer behavior and proactively address client needs
- Resolve client issues and escalate where necessary
- Track purchase patterns and implement retention strategies
- Improve overall customer service delivery processes
Revenue Generation & Sales Management:
- Drive revenue growth within the Educational Supplies segment
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Develop and manage sales pipelines and conversion strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted sales initiatives
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and sustain partnerships with schools, institutions, and corporate organizations
- Engage vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality delivery
- Represent the organization at industry events to enhance visibility and partnerships
Key Account Management:
- Manage and grow key accounts within the ES segment
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and expectations
- Address key client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Anticipate client requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Maintain effective communication between clients and internal teams
Leadership and People Management
- Lead and manage the ES sales team to achieve performance targets
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members
- Support the team in closing deals and achieving business objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
