About the Role

• We are seeking a creative and data-savvy Social Media Manager to grow and manage our online presence.
• You will craft compelling content, engage our community, and amplify our brand across key social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with brand goals
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Capture or coordinate content creation at live events
• Monitor trends, engage with followers, and grow the audience organically
• Track and analyse performance metrics and produce monthly reports
• Manage paid social campaigns and coordinate with influencers or partners where applicable

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of proven social media management experience
• Strong content creation skills — copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Creative storytelling ability with a sharp eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work flexibly, including during events on weekends.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 per month.
