Account Officer at Runlink AI HR

We operate across Lagos, Mainland China, and Hong Kong, combining technology with on-the-ground local expertise.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lekki - Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping, invoice issuance and all financial records arrangement
• Bank reconciliation, cash flow tracking and regular financial data sorting
• Prepare staff monthly payroll, allowance calculation and expense claim settlement
• Handle import & customs billing, freight charges checking and reconciliation
• Organize and file all financial documents for audit and FTZ official inspection
• Cooperate closely with the finance manager to complete daily accounting and tax work

Job Requirements

• BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance or related major with 3 – 6years practical hands-on accounting working experience
• Candidates with logistics, clearing or FTZ working background are highly preferred
• Familiar with Nigerian basic VAT, PAYE rules and daily tax compliance
• Good Excel skills, familiar with Sage / QuickBooks is a big advantage
• Careful, organized, steady, hardworking and patient in daily work
• Honest, responsible, good team work spirit, able to work under pressure
