Job Summary
- We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic talent initiatives within a large and fast-paced organization.

Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing.
- At least 3 years in HRBP, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related strategic HR functions
- Experience managing talent initiatives across multiple business locations
- Strong background in:
- Workforce Planning
- Talent Management
- Performance Management
- Employee Development
- Succession Planning
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience within FMCG, Retail, Telecoms, Hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing, or similarly fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to support and manage large workforce populations.
