Job Description
- Make reservations for clients, and obtain tickets for events.
- Provide information about local and international features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
- Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
- Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed.
- Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for clients.
- Carry out unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and arranging for exotic services.
- Plan special events, parties, and meetings, which may include booking musicians or celebrities to appear.
Qualification/Requirements
- Minimum 6 years working experience in an international concierge company.
- Understand the concierge service.
- This candidate must be well travelled.
- This candidate must be highly articulate verbally and in writing.
- The candidate must possess the following skills: Customer service, Schedules and people management, Multi-tasking skills, Organizational and Problem solving skills.
