Job Title: Supply Chain Manager - Restaurant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking for a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, vendor management, and logistics.
• The ideal candidate will ensure consistent availability of high-quality ingredients, optimize costs, and maintain efficient supply chain operations across outlets.
• You will work closely with kitchen and operations teams, manage suppliers, and implement effective inventory and demand planning systems while ensuring food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory and prevent shortages/overstocking
• Negotiate pricing for cost efficiency
• Coordinate logistics and timely deliveries
• Ensure food safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5–7 years experience in Supply chain management, bid, or procurement roles
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of inventory and demand planning systems
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is an advantage
• Professional certifications will be an added advantage

Salary
N800,000 gross monthly
