We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
  • Create, design, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, and stories).
  • Manage daily social media activity, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement growth strategies.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally.
  • Plan and run paid social media campaigns and advertisements.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and engagement insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and branding teams to align content with business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields
  • 2 - 4 years proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong skills in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar).
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio of previous content is an added advantage.
