In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Industry: Real Estate (Commercial Real Estate)

Responsibilities

  • Procurement Strategy & Cost Optimization 
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality standards.
  • Source and procure food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies in line with approved specifications.
  • Identify and onboard reliable vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and consistent quality
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve cost efficiencies
  • Secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms while eliminating substandard products.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services by maintaining efficient order processing and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance, tracking delivery timelines, product quality, and contractual compliance.
  • Ensure vendors comply with food safety, quality, and delivery standards
  • Resolve supply chain issues proactively to avoid operational disruptions
  • Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and industry trends.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all procurement activities.
  • Ensure all procured items meet food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with HSE and kitchen teams to ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and audit trails
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and vendor performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, cost analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate procurement is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Good computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point, Zoom.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N500,000 / Month (Net)
