Job Description
- We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and passionate Montessori Nursery Teacher to provide a stimulating and supportive early learning environment for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with approved Montessori methods, schemes, and school policies
- Monitor pupils’ learning and provide continuous feedback on progress and development
- Identify pupils with additional learning needs and collaborate with specialists for support
- Maintain a positive, structured, and disciplined classroom environment
- Provide pastoral care and support the overall development of each child
- Assess and record pupils’ progress through observations, tests, and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a collaborative school environment
Requirements
- Qualification from a reputable Tertiary Institution
- Diploma in Montessori is preferred.
- Experience working with nursery-aged children
- Strong communication skills with good diction and a well-modulated voice
- Child-friendly, patient, and nurturing personality
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
