Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

• We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the hotel's sales efforts, grow key accounts, and increase revenue across rooms, events, and ancillary services.
• This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality sales professional with a strong network in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities — corporate accounts, MICE, and leisure segments.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise repeat business.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and packages.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.

Requirements

• A Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 4 – 7 years of sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
