About the Role

• A dynamic events company in Lagos is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day logistics and execution of events.
• You will coordinate teams, manage equipment, and ensure every event runs smoothly from setup to breakdown.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the operational activities of the events team on-site and off-site
• Coordinate logistics — venue setup, equipment, vendor management, and breakdown
• Serve as the point of contact for clients during event execution
• Monitor timelines and ensure all activities run to schedule
• Manage and motivate junior staff and casual workers during events
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally

Key Responsibilities

• 2 – 5 years of experience in events operations or a related coordination role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
