Description

• We are searching for a strategic and result-oriented Head of Business Developmentwith healthcare/ diagnostics sales experience to join our team.
• This role will drive growth and secure sustainable partnerships to further our mission of delivering top-tier diagnostic healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and diagnostics sector.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, medical professionals, and allied health stakeholders. Develop, pitch, and close deals for new service lines and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, recommending actionable strategies.
• Drive the facility's expansion plans and oversee key revenue-generating projects.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Drive and manage the business development team.
• Prepare detailed business development proposals and regular progress reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience within the healthcare/diagnostics sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
