Job Title: Narrative Team Leader

About the Role
- This is a role for an impeccably organized, detail-oriented leader who understands brand voice, is relentless pushing boundaries, sees rules and established methods as obstacles meant for the sheep (you're a lion),and will relish leading a small creative team with minimal supervision from the project lead. Your team will be responsible for the narrative distribution for the whole of the english speaking world, with narrow focus on high net worth clients.
- We are building a distributed narrative around an anonymous, high-end artist.
- Our goal is to generate a broad range of stories, articles, reviews, opinion pieces, and social media content, including video, published across many different media outlets—all telling a consistent, believable narrative about the artist from many different external voices.
- We are not building a single "artist voice." We are building achorus.
You will be the conductor of that chorus.
- As Narrative Supervisor, you will own the narrative,assign content briefs to a team of creators, review and edit their work for consistency and quality, and manage the publication pipeline. You will report directly to the project lead, everything else flows through you.
- There are no management layers above you in this role, your will work directly with the highest ranking director in the company.

What Success Looks Like
- Writers/creators consistently produce high-quality, on-brief content
- No contradictions or factual errors across different pieces
- Publications secured on a regular basis
- You spend less than 1 hour per week answering my questions (you run the show)
- Depth and breadth of team skills show upward trajectory
- Art sales
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Highly organized: comfortable with technology and using Ai as an enhancement
- Ability to give clear, constructive feedback without being harsh, but not a pushover
- Reliable internet access and a device to work on
- Skilled at getting the best out of people, with a knack for seeing the bigger picture.
- Flexibility in thought process, see failure as a learning opportunity, and be resilient
- Adept at connecting the dots, and reusing content in a way that maximises revenue
- High energy/drive to be better
- Not interested in following establish societal rules
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the luxury space/thinking process of the ultra wealthy
- Experience/ideas growing a brand aggressively without using paid marketing
- Experience pitching to publications
- Experience working with remote teams.
Compensation
$140 - $220/month (depending on experience)
