We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact clients and establishments through phone calls and physical visits.
  • Confirm compliance status of establishments.
  • Encourage and follow up with non-compliant establishments to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain proper records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Meet assigned dailytargets.
  • Prepare and submit routine reports.

Work structure

  • Monday to Friday
  • Officers will be assigned a company vehicle and driver for official duties
  • Daily operational targets must be achieved

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSc or equivalent
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet daily targets consistently
  • Good record-keeping and reporting ability
  • Prior customer service, field, or compliance experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 per month (Attractive and negotiable based on experience).
