Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

Location: Abuja  (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: CHRM

Job Summary

• Responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, training programs, competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage training strategies, SOPs, and learning programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
• Design and deliver classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Develop competency frameworks and career development plans.
• Analyze training data and prepare reports.
• Support leadership, talent, and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

• B. Sc / M.Sc  in a related field; CIPD/CIPM/NITD preferred.
• 4–5 years in L&D.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong communication, analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and LMS platforms

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
