Job Title: Porter / Concierge
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
Guest Assistance:
- Greeting and providing warm welcome to guests.
- Offering information about apartment services, amenities, and policies.
- Assisting with special guest requests and errands within apartment building
- Providing directions and local transportation options to guest.
- Serving guest meals.
Handling Guest Requests & Complaints:
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to resolve guest issues.
Luggage & Package Handling:
- Assisting with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Handling guest deliveries and mail services.
Security & Safety Assistance:
- Monitoring guest safety and reporting suspicious activities.
- Providing emergency contacts and assistancing if needed.
Requirements
