Job Title: Male Admininstrative Officer
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination activities.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and ensuretimelyexecution of assigned duties.
- Maintainaccuraterecords, documentation, and filing systems.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional projects and provide administrativeassistancewhererequired.
- Monitor administrative expenses andmaintainproper operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Admin.
Requirements
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must reside within or around Opebi, Ikeja, or nearby areas for easy commute.
