Job Summary

- This role goes far beyond traditional cold calling; it requires a deep, fluent understanding of the modern digital marketing ecosystem.
- You must be someone who can audit a prospective client's digital footprint, identify gaps in their content strategy or performance marketing, and pitch sophisticated, value-driven solutions. If you can speak the language of ROI, algorithms, and brand scaling, and possess the business intelligence to turn those insights into high-value accounts, this is your next move.
Key Responsibilitie
- Strategic Growth & Consultative Selling: Lead the agency's growth by identifying and closing high-ticket enterprise accounts through a consultative, value-first approach.
- Digital Strategy Pitching: Translate complex digital marketing concepts—including SEO, advanced social media management, high-impact visual storytelling, and paid media—into compelling, easy-to-digest commercial proposals.
- Business & Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, shifting algorithm landscapes, and competitor strategies to uncover new, high-margin service offerings for the agency.
- Scoping & Delivery Alignment: Work alongside our internal creative and technical execution teams to ensure pitched strategies are realistic, profitable, and flawlessly delivered to the client.
- Value Optimization: Act as a high-level strategic advisor to premium clients, unlocking upsell opportunities by continuously tying our deliverables to their business growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of business development experience strictly within a digital marketing, ad tech, or creative agency environment.

- You must fundamentally understand how digital channels function and interconnect.
- Fluent in Marketing Metrics: Deep knowledge of digital KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, organic traffic growth, engagement metrics) and the ability to leverage data to build a business case.
- Business Management Acumen: Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline with strong financial literacy, ensuring projects are scoped for agency profitability.
- Consultative Pitching Mastery: Exceptional presentation skills; you should feel entirely comfortable running audits and presenting comprehensive digital strategies to C-suite executives.
- Execution Mindset: A strong understanding of project management and delivery workflows so that what you sell seamlessly aligns with what our production team can execute.
Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 per month.
