Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive sales growth for our Adhesives, Grout, Tile Cleaners, and related construction chemical products within the Nigerian building materials market.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of construction chemical products, dealer management, contractor engagement, and market development strategies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, developing dealer networks, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the building materials industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell Adhesives, Grout, Tile Cleaners, Waterproofing products, and related construction chemical products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building materials and construction industry.
  • Expand dealer, distributor, and contractor network across assigned territories.
  • Generate leads through market visits, project tracking, referrals, and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with: Dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, construction companies.
  • Regularly visit dealers and project sites to monitor product usage and market trends.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application methods.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales report and track sales performance against targets and submit accurate forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, warehouse, accounts, and customer service departments.
  • Monitor stock movement and customer order fulfillment.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct project site visits to generate sales opportunities.
  • Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product adoption.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in: Marketing, Business Administration,Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 sales years experience in: Adhesives, Grout, Construction chemicals, Waterproofing products, Building materials industry.
  • Technical & Industry in knowledge of the Nigerian building materials market.
  • Understanding of tile adhesives, grout, and construction chemical products.
  • Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning.
  • Sales & Communication Skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly (Plus Performance Incentives)
