Job Title: General Manager

About the Role

• We are seeking a seasoned and visionary General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations.
• You will set the strategic direction for the property, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and sustained profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction across all hotel departments
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and pricing strategies
• Maintain the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Manage budgets, control costs, and deliver on financial targets
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• A Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• 7 – 10 years' experience in hotel management, with at least 4 years in a GM or senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing a full-service hotel operation
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Salary
N400,000 - N800,000 / Month.
