We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Relationship Officer
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with government employees using IPPIS and GIFMIS for salary-based loan disbursement.
- Promote and sell employee loan products to government employees.
- Oversee loan disbursement through IPPIS, GIFMIS, and HNI models.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for employee loan products.
- Provide customer service and support throughout the loan process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of IPPIS and GIFMIS.
- Familiarity with HNI loan disbursement processes.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
