Job Title: Teacher

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at Pershing Hills Elementary, located in Lekki. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, delivering effective classroom instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role includes providing personalized support to students, communicating with parents or guardians regularly, and participating in professional development and training sessions to continually improve teaching practices.

Qualifications

• A degree in Education or a related field, along with teaching certifications where applicable.
• Skills in Lesson Planning and Education to develop and deliver structured and age-appropriate learning materials.
• Proficiency in Communication and Teaching to effectively convey information, inspire students, and maintain constructive relationships with parents and staff.
• Experience in Training and a commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for nurturing student growth.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood or Elementary education best practices is advantageous.
