We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Aesthetic Doctor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a licensed aesthetician to provide our clients with comprehensive aesthetic services.
• The aesthetician will be responsible for skin evaluations, facial treatments, body treatments and cosmetic procedures.
• Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of skin types and skincare products, and can provide excellent customer service while helping clients improve their appearance.
• Aestheticians perform a range of tasks related to skin care, makeup, and hair removal, and may also perform administrative tasks if they are in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin evaluations and advise clients on skin care treatments and solutions
• Perform facial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and extractions
• Provide body treatments such as wraps, scrubs and aromatherapy
• Carry out non-surgical cosmetic procedures like microdermabrasion
• Sell skincare products and provide information on product usage
• Book client appointments and keep up-to-date records of client treatments
• Maintain clean and sanitized work area
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry

They are primarily responsible for directly assisting clients, with daily duties and responsibilities including:

• Evaluate and assess client’s skin condition and appearance
• Discuss treatments and products with clients
• Perform facial treatments to improve the health and appearance of the skin
• Provide skin care consultations to clients
• Perform various skin treatments including peels, masks, or scrubs
• Apply makeup, and advise clients on skin care and makeup techniques
• Remove hair through waxing, threading, or electrolysis
• Recommend skin care products, such as cleansers, lotions, or creams
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, products and techniques to provide the best experience for the clients

Qualifications

• A valid aesthetician license
• Proven experience as an aesthetician or similar role
• Knowledge of beauty treatments and cosmetics
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically able to stand for long hours
• Experience with skincare product sales
• Comfortable with using technology for scheduling and records management.
