Job Title: Sales Manager - Tiles

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the tiles and building materials industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and leading sales activities to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities within the building materials and tiles market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, developers, and retail customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements with clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve product visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Drive showroom and field sales activities to maximize revenue generation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in the building materials or tiles industry.
• Strong understanding of tiles products, market trends, and distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership and business development abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly + Incentives.
