Job Summary
- The Sales and Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and market expansion in the flexible packaging sector.
- The role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Identify and target new clients, segments, and business opportunities.
- Manage major accounts, negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Conduct market research to track trends and support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with product and operational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure prompt payment tracking, account reconciliation, and credit control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
- 5–10 years’ experience in sales/business development within the flexible packaging industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Energetic, result-oriented, and highly professional.
