Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reports to: Managing Director / CEO

Job Summary

  • The Sales and Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and market expansion in the flexible packaging sector.
  • The role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Identify and target new clients, segments, and business opportunities.
  • Manage major accounts, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Conduct market research to track trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with product and operational goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure prompt payment tracking, account reconciliation, and credit control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
  • 5–10 years’ experience in sales/business development within the flexible packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Energetic, result-oriented, and highly professional.
