Job Title: Studio Manager / Head of Design Operations

Job Summary
- Senior leadership role in an architectural firm, managing design operations, staff deployment, project delivery, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality standards and BIM compliance.
- Oversee projects and coordinate with consultants/contractors.
- Validate site queries and maintain records.
- Lead staff reviews and support HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years experience, 2+ in leadership.
- Strong Revit/BIM skills.
- Knowledge of Nigerian construction standards.
- Excellent communication & leadership abilities.
