Job Summary

• If you understand the standard required to produce high-quality, consistent, and well-executed baked products, this is for you.
• We are hiring Bakers who take pride in their craft and can deliver quality consistently

Role Overview

• This role involves the preparation and production of a range of baked goods, including viennoiserie (e.g., croissants and other laminated pastries), puff pastry products, cakes, and other pastry items.
• You will be expected to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in daily production.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of baking and pastry production
• Ability to produce viennoiserie, laminated doughs, puff pastry items, cakes, and related products
• Good understanding of measurements, timing, and baking techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and product consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
• Discipline, reliability, and willingness to learn
• No strict experience requirement, skill, consistency, professionalism, commitment, and work ethic are key.
