Job Summary

  • The Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Manager is a high-octane growth role designed to expand Collecta’s corporate and institutional market footprint.
  • You will be responsible for the entire B2B sales lifecycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiating multi-tier revenue-sharing frameworks with ecosystem partners.
  • Your primary mission is to eliminate "operational friction" for enterprises, financial institutions, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) ecosystems by embedding Collecta’s automated payment reconciliation, Dynamic Virtual Account (DVA) networks, and digital access control applications into their day-to-day operations.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Client Acquisition & Pipelines:

  • Corporate Prospecting: Identify and build deep pipelines of large corporate clients, conglomerates, large educational networks, and high-volume merchant groups experiencing payment matching latency.
  • B2B Consultation & Pitching: Conduct technical, solution-oriented presentations to Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), IT Directors, and Operations leads, demonstrating how Collecta converts manual accounting backlogs into automated strategic oversight units.
  • Deal Structuring: Formulate commercial proposals that specify upfront implementation fees, transactional performance pricing, and recurring monthly virtual account infrastructure maintenance terms.

Strategic Alliances & Partner Management:

  • Ecosystem Channel Sales: Onboard and manage external business development partners and independent optimization agencies that discover corporate leads on a commission basis.
  • Revenue Share Administration: Negotiate and implement multi-party financial terms, ensuring precise distribution of net profit margins, implementation splits, and account fee shares.
  • Joint Adoption Initiatives: Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners to design and execute customer sensitization programs, mitigating user migration friction and driving fast system adoption.
  • Contractual Handover Management: Track standard contract lifecycles, lifecycle milestones, and 90-day notification windows to ensure smooth account transitions and continuous transactional persistence with zero service downtime.

Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or a related commercial / technical field. Relevant professional certificates (such as Project Management or Sales Executive certifications) are an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in high-ticket B2B sales, account management, or institutional alliance management within the FinTech, corporate banking, or Enterprise Software sectors.
    • Proven track record of independently closing corporate accounts and negotiating contract values with C-suite executives.
    • Experience working with or within structured tech partner / referral networks is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Core Competencies:

  • Technical B2B Solution Sales: Mastery of enterprise technology sales, with a background in pitching APIs, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or complex transactional architectures.
  • ERP System Familiarity: Solid understanding of how automated payment webhooks and DVAs integrate with major global and local corporate ERP ecosystems like SAP (S/4HANA), Oracle Cloud, Sage (Evolution/X3), and Odoo.
  • Financial Contract Negotiation: Highly skilled in navigating multi-party commercial structures, service level agreement (SLA) caps, intellectual property protections, and liability limitations.
  • Compliance & Data Privacy Literacy: Grounded knowledge of regional data laws, specifically the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and standard central bank financial retention regulations.
