Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Liaison Officer.

Job Summary

  • The Client Liaison Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient client experience.
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients professionally and courteously
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and client concerns
  • Coordinate communication between clients and clinical/administrative units
  • Schedule and manage appointments effectively
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments, feedback, and service experience
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout their hospital experience
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Assist in improving overall client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Represent the hospital positively at all times

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Emotional intelligence and maturity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk management, healthcare administration, or client relations is an added advantage
  • Experience within a hospital or fertility clinic setting will be an added advantage
