Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated / target driven Customer Service / Telesales Executive that will be responsible for promoting and selling our products via phone and other digital channels.
  • As a Telesales/Customer Service Executive, you’ll drive sales by reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone.
  • Your goal is to explain product benefits, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships.

Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospects from provided leads and databases
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers
  • Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and call KPIs
  • Handle objections, answer questions, and follow up with interested leads
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.
  • Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to all company policies, telemarketing regulations, and financial services industry standards while conducting calls.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales team on customer responses and market trends, helping refine telesales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND
  • 1-2 years telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales experience
  • Job is strictly onsite.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information.
  • Persuasive and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of products and ability to meet set target.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking software.
