Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• An EPCIM Company in the Oil & Gas Sector is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) with strong expertise in static and rotating equipment across the full EPCIM lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities
• Manage pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, valves, and fire protection systems
• Support FEED, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and maintenance operations
• Conduct technical evaluations, equipment specification, FATs, alignment, testing, and root cause analysis
• Develop reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and asset integrity strategies
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, NCDMB, NUPRC, and industry engineering standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• COREN Registration is MANDATORY
• Minimum of 10 years EPC/EPCIM Oil & Gas experience
• Strong field maintenance and rotating equipment experience required
• Proficiency in ASME/API standards, Caesar II, PV Elite, HTRI, AutoCAD, SAP PM/Maximo
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical leadership skills.
