We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Manager, Engineering Business & New Frontiers

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead strategic business expansion, EPCIM growth, OEM partnerships, and high-value oil & gas opportunities across Nigeria and West Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive “New Frontiers” business growth strategy across emerging oil & gas sectors
• Lead and oversee strategic EPCIM projects from engineering to commissioning
• Manage high-level relationships with IOCs, NOCs, regulators, and OEM partners
• Close multi-billion Naira EPC/EPCIM contracts and framework agreements
• Lead regulatory compliance, NCDMB engagement, and stakeholder management
• Represent the company at major industry conferences and technical forums

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum preferred)
• MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• 15–20 years’ experience in the Nigerian oil & gas sector
• At least 7 years in senior commercial/business development leadership roles
• Proven track record closing major EPC/EPCIM or OEM contracts
• Strong network within IOCs, NOCs, NUPRC, NCDMB, NAPIMS, and related stakeholders
• Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership, and strategic execution skills

Work Schedule & Travel:

• Base location: Port Harcourt
• Frequent travel within Nigeria and West Africa
• International travel may be required.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 Monthly Gross.
