Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: OPIC, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and drive business growth. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors
  • Set sales targets and track progress against goals
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

Salary
N350,000 / month
