Kojo Auto Service Centre Limited is an automotive service organization providing vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, mechanical repairs electrical repairs, AC overhaul, body and painting, tyre services, car wash, spare parts sales, and customer support services.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow up on customer feedback and service delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Work closely with other departments to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management
- Must be computer literate and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
