Job Title: QHSE Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead and drive integrated Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, maintenance, and asset integrity operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated QHSE management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Lead HSE compliance, risk management, audits, investigations, and emergency response systems
• Oversee QA/QC processes across fabrication, construction, installation, maintenance, and asset integrity operations
• Interface with regulators including NUPRC, NMDPRA, NOSDRA, FMEnv & NCDMB
• Drive incident prevention, continuous improvement, training, and regulatory compliance
• Support IOC/NOC tendering, audits, and project quality assurance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
• Minimum of 12 years Oil & Gas QHSE experience with at least 6 years in managerial capacity
• NEBOSH Certification is mandatory
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications required
• Strong knowledge of NUPRC, NMDPRA, NCDMB, NOSDRA, EGASPIN & Nigerian O&G regulations
• Strong leadership, analytical, incident investigation, and stakeholder management skills.
