Job Summary
- The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee records management, staff welfare, performance management, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support staff documentation and filing processes.
- Assist in leave management and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate staff training and development activities.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Assist with payroll-related documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Handle confidential staff information professionally.
- Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1 - 3 years HR/Admin experience.
