Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee records management, staff welfare, performance management, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support staff documentation and filing processes.
  • Assist in leave management and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities.
  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Assist with payroll-related documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Handle confidential staff information professionally.
  • Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • HR certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years HR/Admin experience.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
