Brand and Marketing Manager at Citi Hope Housing & Integrated Limited

Citi Hope Homes is a structured residential development designed to provide affordable homeownership through a unique, long-term micro-payment plan. The project is backed by a Global Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) and focuses on community-driven urban living with premium infrastructure.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand and Marketing Manager

Location: Sangotedo, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan and run digital ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) and offline efforts like billboards or radio spots.
• Event Coordination: Organize site launches, investor meetups, and real estate exhibitions to showcase the development.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to ensure the marketing budget is used effectively.
• Negotiation & Closing: Personally handle high-value negotiations and ensure that payment plans and legal contracts are finalized correctly.
• Broker Relations: Build and manage a network of external real estate brokers and "realtors" to help sell units faster.
• Sales Forecasting: Track monthly and quarterly sales targets and report directly to the project owners on progress.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 5-10 years of experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
