Job Summary

• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Supervise and support staff by assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to team members.
• Ensure workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Resolve employee and customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor productivity levels and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate work schedules, shifts, and team activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain effective communication between staff and management.
• Inspect work quality and ensure company standards are consistently met.
• Motivate team members to achieve organizational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
