We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telehealth Triage Nurse

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

  • You will be the first human clinical touchpoint for many patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review USSD/WhatsApp intake requests
  • Deliver compassionate patient communication
  • Conduct telephone triages
  • Identify red flag symptoms
  • Escalate cases to as needed
  • Provide patient education, advice and treatment
  • Schedule follow-up calls
  • Maintain documentation
  • Support quality assurance activities
  • Track patient outcomes.

You will:

  • Review intake requests
  • Perform structured triage
  • Escalate urgent cases
  • Provide health educationand advice.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Active license with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Urgent care
  • Community health
  • Telephone triage
  • Maternal health.
