We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Portfolio & Inspection Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

• The Estate Portfolio & Inspection Manager is responsible for the effective management, supervision, and inspection of property assets within the organization’s portfolio.
• The role ensures that all properties are well-maintained, compliant with standards, and delivering optimal value.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of assigned estate and property portfolios
• Conduct routine and scheduled property inspections
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection and performance reports
• Ensure all properties meet required maintenance and safety standards
• Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance and repairs
• Liaise with tenants, property agents, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor occupancy levels and property performance metrics
• Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution of property-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of all properties under management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant property regulations
• Provide recommendations for property improvements and optimization
• Support budgeting and cost control for estate operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in estate management, property management, or facility inspection
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
• Strong knowledge of property/estate operations
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Professional certification in Estate Management is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
