Job Title: Poultry Farm Supervisor
Location: Epe, Lagos

Job Description
- Plan and supervise daily feeding, watering, and general care of the birds.
- Conduct regular health checks and coordinate treatment with the farm veterinarian.
- Implement best practices for minimizing mortality and maximizing production efficiency.
- Assign daily duties to farm workers and monitor performance.
- Train staff on chick handling, feeding schedules, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Ensure safety and discipline among team members.
- Monitor feed, vaccine, and medication stock levels.
- Enforce farm biosecurity and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Ensure compliance with animal welfare and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HND in Animal Science or Production / Nutrition Technology.
- 3-5 years of experience in layer production in a reputable company.
