Key Responsibilities
Digital Billboard Operations & Monitoring
- Oversee the daily operations of all digital outdoor advertising screens and LED billboards across assigned locations.
- Monitor screen functionality, content scheduling, brightness calibration, and display quality to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure all digital campaigns are deployed accurately and run according to approved schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on digital assets.
Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults relating to LED modules, power supply systems, control cards, media players, and network systems.
- Coordinate repairs, replacement, and maintenance of faulty components to minimize downtime.
- Ensure stable power management systems including UPS, inverters, generators, and surge protection systems.
- Maintain operational standards for all electrical and electronic installations.
Network & System Management:
- Manage remote monitoring systems and network connectivity for all digital assets.
- Ensure proper synchronization of media content across all screens.
- Collaborate with IT and software vendors to maintain content management systems (CMS) and server performance.
- Support software upgrades and firmware updates where necessary.
Project Implementation & Installation:
- Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new digital billboard sites.
- Supervise contractors and technical vendors during installations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company operational policies.
Client Service & Campaign Delivery:
- Work closely with the Sales and Client Service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Resolve technical issues affecting client advertisements within agreed timelines.
- Provide technical support during campaign launches and special advertising projects.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare periodic operational reports, maintenance logs, incident reports, and performance analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status, repairs, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
- Provide recommendations for operational improvements and cost optimization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- The performance of the Senior DOOH Executive shall be measured using the following KPIs:
Operational KPIs;
- Minimum 98% digital screen uptime across all locations.
- Reduction in technical downtime and fault response time.
- Successful execution of scheduled advertising campaigns without errors.
- Compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.
Technical KPIs:
- Speed and efficiency of fault diagnosis and resolution.
- Quality performance of LED screens and display systems.
- Network stability and system connectivity performance.
- Reduction in recurring technical failures.
Financial & Efficiency KPIs:
- Reduction in maintenance and operational costs.
- Effective management of spare parts and technical resources.
- Optimization of energy consumption and power systems.
Client Service KPIs:
- Timely resolution of client-related technical complaints.
- Improved client satisfaction and campaign delivery accuracy.
- Zero missed campaign schedules due to technical failures.
Compliance & Safety KPIs:
- Adherence to engineering safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Zero major safety incidents or operational negligence cases.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 5–8 years relevant experience in Digital Out-of-Home Advertising, LED Display Technology, Telecommunications, Broadcast Engineering, or related technical field.
- Professional certifications in Electrical Systems, Networking, Project Management, or LED Technology will be an added advantage
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of LED display systems and digital billboard technology.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and electronic systems maintenance.
- Sound understanding of networking, remote monitoring systems, and CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
