Description

• Are you a seasoned female banking executive ready to lead a newly licensed Microfinance Bank?
• We are looking for a dynamicFemale Managing Director/CEOto pioneer operations for our new MFB located in the busy commercial hub of Akute, Ogun State (Bordering Lagos Mainland).

Core Requirements

• Must be Female(Executive Diversity Mandate).
• Must have previous experience as an MD or Senior Management Execin a Microfinance Bank.
• Must hold the CIBN Microfinance Certification (MCP).
• Strong capacity for deposit mobilization, risk management, and MSME market penetration in the Lagos/Ogun axis.
• Deep knowledge of CBN & NDIC regulatory frameworks.
