Job Description 

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and assign duties to maintain productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the sales or service area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
• Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve company standards and goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or supply needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, staff performance, and operational activities.
• Assist management in achieving business targets, improving customer experience, and increasing profitability.

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 per month.
