Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations by conducting tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation of results.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and maintain high standards of safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and procedures according to established guidelines and standards.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing.
• Record, analyze, and maintain accurate laboratory data and reports.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of laboratory samples and materials.
• Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering laboratory supplies when necessary.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues within the laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing methods, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

• N180,000 – N220,000 / Month
